It would be lovely if we could get instant help with our devices as teachers / staff, right? But that's not how it works here.

Click Service Desk on the left.
Click Device (Computer) Support and open a ticket. OITA will get back to you in your email. If they say “come in for a replacement” they’ll say how.
This is preferable to just trying to Schedule a Laptop Appointment because you'll call 413-750-2175 between 8:30 and 4pm and leave a message and then they'll call Karen or Maria instead of getting back to you directly. There's also a Schedule Appointment button but that's usually turned off, except for the start or end of school.
